TSA LUNG – the mystical tradition of the tibetan yogis, one practice of magical movements for the well-being of body, breath and mind.

the subtle body consists of channels (tsa) and the wind energy (lung) and the essence that flows through it. the health of this subtle body is of the greatest importance for the health of our physical body and the happiness of our spirit. blockages in the channels lead to imbalances in our body systems, vital nutrients, oxygen and blood flow not working properly. these blockages also cause energetic and mental blocks.                  
if we don’t actively maintain it, we constantly lose some channels.
the TSA LUNG practice works intensively with our fine-material body. by combining special breathing techniques with physical movements and visualizations let us move our wind energy through the body so that they reach deep places and more and more subtle one can open channels. If the lung, wind flows freely, this energy activates self-healing that can also be passed on to others.
the practice is very dynamic and powerful. holding your breath still makes it more demanding. however, it is important that we train our breath because our breathing changes as we get older it becomes flatter. that’s why we have to learn to breathe deeply again.
we will do various TSA LUNG PHYSICAL EXERCISES get to know. they come from the mystical tradition of Kalachakra Tantra, transmitted by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.

Mindfulness meditation training with Loten Dahortsang

thanks to Jon Kabat-Zinn, the ancient teaching of mindfulness meditation is spreading very widely in the west and many people are interested in it. mindfulness is defined as a special form of directing attention that is consciously but non-judgmentally directed towards the experience of the current moment.
conscious observation gives us the ability to examine different realities and perspectives of a fact. in everyday life we ​​often look at things through the filters of greed, anger and ego. in mindfulness meditation, our heart is full of love and wisdom, free from greed and aversion. when we have negative thoughts and feelings in everyday life, we are trapped in them. your thoughts always revolve around the same thing, and you think that is the truth, what your mind has created. you have no distance from your thoughts. you’re trapped in them. in mindfulness meditation you create a different dimension and perspective.you don’t even try to solve or eliminate the problem in a conventional way. you learn to distance yourself from your thoughts. our mind is like an ocean, infinitely wide and open, our thoughts are like the waves of the ocean. just as the ocean remains completely unaffected by the waves, our mind remains in openness and silence.
mindfulness meditation is an important aid for physical or mental illnesses and especially in the area of ​​prevention and in dealing with stress in private and professional life. during the training we learn the classic forms of mindfulness meditation, Satipatthana. the four basics of mindfulness: contemplating the body, contemplating feelings, contemplating thoughts, and contemplating sensory perceptions.

about Loten Dahortsang

loten dahortsang was born in lhasa, tibet in 1968.
in 1979 he went to nepal and entered the kopan monastery of lama zopa rinpoche. since 1982 he has lived in the monastic institute of rikon, switzerland. since 2002 he has been doing further training in buddhist epistemology in the sera monastery university in south india and since 2006 in depth studies of meditation and kalachakra tantra in the jonang monastery in north india. he leads meditation sessions in the rikon monastery and in buddhist centers around europe.

the city of split

split is a quintessential mediterranean city, with a small-town vibe, noisy streets, and easy-going locals.
