He leads meditation sessions in the Rikon monastery and in Buddhist centers in Europe.
Rainee Wang
Rainee Wang, our lu jong and sowa rigpa teacher, has received several transmissions and trainings in Tibetan Buddhist techniques, last of which was a certificate obtained from the college of traditional Medicine, University of Bhutan in sowa rigpa, the art of healing from the Himalayas. Rainee feels very happy to be able to share his precious knowledge with our guests in such an authentic way.
What will we learn?
Metta Meditation
We will learn to recognize the mental circuit that directs us to suffering and get rid of it. This possible only if there is a certain ability to remotely and openly consider one’s own contents of consciousness here and now.
Tsa Lung Yoga
Tsa Lung is a basic yoga exercise in Tantric Buddhism. In a state of calm breathing, the effect of the exercises can penetrate deeper into the subtle body, into the nadis and chakras.
Tummo
Tummo fire lets the boundaries of our narrow indviduality and self-created world burst. It stimulates in us warmth of spiritual feelings that lead to the flame of inspiration. It creates in us a natural joy that does not come from the fulfillment of selfish desires, but from lasting silence and a sense of happiness.
Sowa Rigpa
Sowa Rigpa refers to the traditional medical system of Tibet with roots dating back about 2000 years. It remains fully alive and intact today, having preserved its authenticity through the pure lineage of transmission. The exercises presented in our Sowa Rigpa series for improving general health, activate and strengthen the body functions. These concise and simple methods are perfect for busy modern people as the exercises have the potential to improve physical health by improving the circulation of oxygenated blood in the body, improving digestion and the immune system, retraining the sense organs, and thereby inducing calmness and serenity of mind. The practice of Sowa Rigpa prevents psychosomatic disorders and improves the individual’s resilience and ability to endure stressful situations.

About Split
The largest town in Dalmatia and the second-largest in all Croatia (after Zagreb), Split is a quintessential Mediterranean city, with a small-town vibe, noisy streets, and easy-going locals.
This increasingly popular tourist destination had its ‘official’ beginning in the year 300AD. In that year the Emperor Diocletian began the construction of his palace here, which combined the elements of an imperial villa, a Hellenistic city and a Roman military fort. The historical centre was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1979 and is a living museum and the place where you’ll find the majority of must-see sights in Split.
